An established Portuguese IT consultancy is seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead and deliver

- functional project teams. Ensure CRM solutions meet user requirements and industry best practices. Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering CRM projects (preferably Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar). Strong understanding of CRM processes and implementation methodologies. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working within or with IT consultancies or service providers. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English. Portuguese citizenship is required. Preferred Skills:Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent. Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce ecosystems. Technical background or experience working closely with development teams.
