CRM Project Manager – Portugal-Based IT Consultancy

An established Portuguese IT consultancy is seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead and deliver
- impact CRM implementation projects across a range of enterprise clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, ownership, and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage
  -
  - end CRM project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget objectives are met.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate resources and manage
  - functional project teams.
• Ensure CRM solutions meet user requirements and industry best practices.
• Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering CRM projects (preferably Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar).
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and implementation methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within or with IT consultancies or service providers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English.
• Portuguese citizenship is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce ecosystems.
• Technical background or experience working closely with development teams.
