What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a CRM Promo Communications Lead to join our CRM team and drive the execution and optimisation of promotional communications across email, web, and app channels. This role is pivotal in ensuring
- impact campaigns that are timely, relevant, and aligned with our brand voice.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the

- end execution of CRM campaigns — from content briefing to design coordination, scheduling, and launch — while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. - Leverage customer data to create precise segments and deliver personalized campaigns. Continuously analyse campaign performance to refine targeting strategies.
- Monitor and interpret key CRM metrics (open rates,
- through rates, conversion rates, etc. ), and use data to optimize future campaign performance. - Conduct ongoing A/B tests on email content, subject lines, and design elements. Stay updated on CRM trends and industry benchmarks to apply best practices.
- Identify and implement improvements in CRM workflows, tools, and processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure all communications meet legal and regulatory standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and maintain high standards of data security and consent management.
- Work closely with analytics, creative, content, and product teams to ensure impactful, consistent, and timely messaging.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years in CRM marketing, with
- on experience across email, app push,
- app, and web channels. - Experience in managing and mentoring CRM/email marketers team — setting goals, allocating tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring performance outcomes.
- Proven experience working in an
- house CRM team. - Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.
- Strong ability to plan and execute CRM campaigns aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Proven experience using platforms like Braze, Iterable, or similar CRM and analytics tools.
- Data-savvy, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Deep understanding of email marketing regulations (e. g. , GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and adherence to best practices.
- Able to manage timelines, stakeholders, and interdepartmental coordination efficiently.
- Confident in creating detailed audience segments for targeted, personalised communication.
- Experience managing campaigns across different locales simultaneously, including coordination of multilingual communications.
