CRM Specialist
Our client is a Portuguese online gaming brand. We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join the client’s Team.
What You Will Do
- Create and manage CRM campaigns, including communication via Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and Inbox.
- Manage and segment customer databases to support targeted initiatives.
- Analyze and optimize CRM campaigns to improve conversion and retention.
- Develop automated communication flows to drive conversion and reactivation.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to ensure the effectiveness of CRM strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of conversion, retention, and reactivation indicators.
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills for evaluating campaign performance and results.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in managing web‑based products (valued).
- Experience in the Gaming industry (valued).
- Knowledge of IMS tools.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
