CRM Specialist

Our client is a Portuguese online gaming brand. We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join the client’s Team.

What You Will Do

• Create and manage CRM campaigns, including communication via Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and Inbox.
• Manage and segment customer databases to support targeted initiatives.
• Analyze and optimize CRM campaigns to improve conversion and retention.
• Develop automated communication flows to drive conversion and reactivation.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure the effectiveness of CRM strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of conversion, retention, and reactivation indicators.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills for evaluating campaign performance and results.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in managing web‑based products (valued).
• Experience in the Gaming industry (valued).
• Knowledge of IMS tools.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
