The CRM Specialist is mainly responsible for supporting the Customer Relationship Management operations and ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency in the following tasks:
Managing and updating customer records and related entities in the CRM system;
Creating and maintaining workflows, campaigns, and segmentation lists;
Extracting and analyzing CRM data for reporting and performance tracking;
Preparing dashboards, reports, and presentations for management;
Monitoring data quality and compliance with internal standards;
Supporting integration between CRM and other business systems;
Providing assistance to the marketing and sales teams for CRM-related activities;
General statement: Keeping the team updated on CRM best practices and market trends.
