The Role
As a CRM Specialist at Air Apps, you will manage and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and email marketing campaigns. Your focus will be on drip marketing, segmentation, automation, and lead nurturing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. You should have expertise in CRM platforms like Hub
Spot, Marketo, Salesforce, or Klaviyo, along with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices and
- driven optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Manage and optimize CRM workflows, segmentation, and customer lifecycle automation.
- Work with CRM platforms to improve campaign performance.
- Track and analyze email open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Optimize email templates, perform A/B testing, and improve deliverability.
- Create and maintain customer segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for personalized customer interactions.
- Implement behavioral triggers and automation workflows to improve retention.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations.
- Stay updated on CRM trends, personalization, and automation best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM management, email marketing, or marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Hub
Spot, Marketo, Salesforce, or Klaviyo. - Strong understanding of email marketing practices, segmentation, and workflows.
- Experience with A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content.
- Knowledge of lead scoring, drip campaigns, and customer journey mapping.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
- Analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and CRM dashboards.
- Attention to detail to optimize deliverability and engagement.
