Schedule: Weekly shifts (8 hours with breaks), covering Monday to Sunday, 24/7

• Investigate and Resolve: Assess escalated cases for policy violations, safety concerns, and respond to inquiries via phone, helpdesk, and live chat.

• Proactive Problem-Solving: Make informed decisions based on analysis, ensuring all resolutions align with company policies.

• Language Proficiency: C1-C2 in Croatian/Serbian and B2 in English, both spoken and written.
