Job Opportunity: Croatian-Speaking Back Office Agent (On-Site in North West Germany)

Details

Location: North West Germany (near Dortmund and Düsseldorf)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Relocation Support: 2 months accommodation + up to 250 euro travel reimbursement

Signing Bonus: 3, 000 euro (1, 500 after 3 months + 1, 500 after 6 months)

Role

We are looking for native or fluent Croatian speakers with a bachelor’s degree to join our team working with new AI technologies.

This is not a content moderation role;



instead, you willwork as an AI evaluator, creating and reviewing written prompts and conversation flows that help improve advanced
- based systems.

Requirements

- Native/fluent Croatian + good English (B2 level)

- Bachelor’s degree (required)

- Valid work permit for Germany or EU passport

- Strong writing and analytical skills

- Comfortable working
