About the Role:
We’re seeking a
- savvy and
- oriented Technical Support Agent (Croatian-speaking) to join our growing support team in Lisbon. You’ll be providing technical assistance to Croatian-speaking users, helping them resolve issues, navigate product features, and ensure a seamless user experience.
This role offers the flexibility of working both onsite and from home, and it’s ideal for someone who enjoys
- solving, technology, and working in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver
- line technical support to Croatian-speaking users via phone, chat, and email - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and
- related issues - Guide users through troubleshooting steps and technical solutions
- Accurately log interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate more complex issues to senior support teams when needed
- Stay up to date with product updates, technical tools, and company procedures
- Meet performance metrics such as resolution time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards
What You Bring:
- Native or fluent Croatian (spoken and written)
- Good level of English (B2 or above)
- Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or similar role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way
- Tech-savvy and confident working with Windows, mac
OS, mobile platforms, or Saa
S tools - Proactive,
- oriented, and a team player

Working Hours:
Full-time: 40 hours/week
