We're looking for a Junior Customer IT Support Specialist (Job based in Lisbon, Portugal) with a proactive mindset and a
- oriented approach.

You will provide
- on support to customers using our unique tools, learning the specifics of the systems on the job.

Responsibilities

Provide
- line support for customer inquiries related to our internal systems and tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents by collaborating with internal teams.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English and French (knowledge of Dutch is a plus).

Assist in documenting known issues, solutions, and support procedures.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback.

Translate customer issues into actionable insights for the team.

Technical skills

Some IT background or related experience; willingness to learn on the job.

Professional communication skills in English and French; Dutch is a strong plus but not mandatory.

Holds an ITIL Foundation v4 certification or demonstrates a strong willingness to become certified.

Excellent working knowledge of Office 365
