Your Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers and travel agents, providing exceptional service.
• Sell exciting cruise packages and suggest valuable
  - ons (cross-selling & upselling).
• Manage bookings and provide comprehensive support with any
  - booking questions.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, ships, travel documents, prices, and promotions.
• Assist travel agents with their booking management needs.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

• Must be fluent in Flemish (both written and spoken).
• A good level of English (B2 minimum) is essential.
• Proven experience in sales is a must.
• Background in tourism or travel agencies is a significant advantage.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
• Strong digital skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A
  - solving mindset and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Practical Information:

• Contract: 6 months (very high renewal rate based on performance).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. Weekends off.
• Training: 3-4 weeks, from 09:00 - 18:00.
