What we look for
We're looking for a Customer Success & Sales Specialist who’s not just great with customers, but also curious about AI, automation, and workflow design. Someone who can guide customers not only through our interface, but also through building custom agent workflows using our new meeting automation capabilities.
This is a hybrid role that blends customer success, sales engineering, and product evangelism — perfect for someone who thrives on helping users unlock value through smart automation.
What you will do
Lead Smart Product Demos
Showcase Meet
Geek’s new AI agent capabilities in live meetings — including how users can trigger workflows, connect actions to tools like CRMs or docs, or have Meet
Geek autonomously complete tasks during or after a call.
Design Meeting Automations
Help customers set up and customize agentic workflows — e. g. ,
- up emails, task creation, reporting, or triggering Zapier/Make/API calls — tailored to sales, recruiting, or project management use cases.
Customer Onboarding & Success
Own the onboarding journey from
- off to activation. Guide new customers on how to embed Meet
Geek’s automation into their daily routines.
Sales Enablement & Expansion
Identify upsell opportunities (multi-agent, advanced integrations, usage tiers) and position Meet
Geek as a core productivity tool.
Technical Troubleshooting & Support
Resolve issues through Intercom, assist with setup/integrations, and collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot technical edge cases.
CRM & Billing Management
Own billing flows through Stripe, including trials, upgrades, discounts, and license management. Keep accounts clean and communications clear.
Customer Insights & Voice of the User
Regularly share insights with product and growth teams. Influence the roadmap with feedback from power users building
- gen meeting workflows.
About You
1–3 years in a
- facing Saa
S role (CS, onboarding, sales engineer, technical account manager)
You get excited about automation — you’ve built Zapier/Make
Flows, configured bots, or integrated tools to remove repetitive tasks
Comfortable explaining how AI agents work or how to trigger
- up actions via API or integrations
Empathetic and consultative — you love understanding a user’s workflow and showing them how to streamline it
Familiar with productivity ecosystems (Google Workspace, Slack, Hub
Spot, Notion, etc. )
Bonus if you have experience with: Experience with AI/LLMs,
- code/no-code tools, or customer automation platforms
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
