Job Description

We are seeking a Brazilian-Portuguese Customer Service Copywriter to join our team in either Lisbon, Vienna or Gibraltar. As a member of the CS Content Production team, you will be responsible for creating and editing written materials used in
- facing and
- facing materials such as Help and Contact Centre content, help videos, help pages, chatbot texts and standard texts for the Brazilian market. You should be
- motivated, analytical and ready to take a deep dive into our content to identify quick wins and
- lasting improvements. You will collaborate with multiple teams and act as the PT-BR representative for Brazilian-facing information across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan clear, complete and accurate content for customers across PT-BR labels Betboo, Party Poker and Sportingbet
• Create and revise content based on product updates and feedback
• Proactively seek information about upcoming changes and developments within the business or marketplace
• Apply and maintain consistency with content standards
• Collaborate with Customer Operations, Product Management, Legal, Risk and Marketing
• Work independently and with teams to deadlines and manage project implementation based on workload
• Collaborate on materials ranging from help content to video graphics
• Proof-read/re-design/paraphrase content drafted by other teams
• Perform regular audits of Standard Texts/Help Pages/Chat responses/FAQs to ensure alignment with current practices and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming or sports betting industry
• Native proficiency in Brazilian-Portuguese and fluency in English; additional languages (LATAM Spanish/Portuguese) are a plus
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and ability to produce grammatically correct content
• Strong organizational and
  - management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with
  - functional teams
