• Coordinate and control HSE systems during the manufacturing process.
• Define and implement safety strategies for concrete structure production, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Review execution projects to align with HSE standards.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to HSE guidelines throughout the manufacturing process.
• Ensure compliance with quality control and safety rules
  - site.
• Identify and report anomalies or deficiencies related to occupational health and safety.
• Participate in internal organization and planning of resources, including labor risk prevention documentation.
• Oversee the application of preventive measures by all staff during production.
• Promote and support HSE best practices across the site.
• Investigate work accidents and report findings to the appropriate manager.
• Supervise environmental process management and encourage compliance.
  
  

• Background in HSE procedures and technical control.
• Previous experience in precast concrete, construction supervision, or renewable energy is a plus.
• Knowledge of occupational risk prevention and HSE coordination.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Skilled in HSE-specific software and construction techniques.
• Proactive,
  - oriented, and strong in communication.
• Good
  - solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to work
  - site and travel as needed.
