YOUR TASKS

• Represent Nordex
  - site and lead the execution of wind farm projects.
• Ensure full compliance with Nordex QHSE standards and construction site regulations.
• Manage all
  - site activities from initial setup to project completion.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely,
  - conscious, and
  - quality delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  - site.
• Monitor daily productivity and report progress according to internal governance.
• Ensure all project documentation is completed and lessons learned are captured.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and undertake relevant training.
• Work with software toolssuch as SAP, BIC, Upvise, Service
  Now, Campus, NXTranslator, Windchill, Team Center, Webinar, Quentic, CEIS.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3–5 years of experience in Site Management, preferably in
  - scale renewable energy projects.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex site operations.
• English (minimum B2 level) is mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Teamwork and motivational abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work abroad.
