CTM Credit Controller

About the Job

The role provides essential support in guaranteeing the conformity of financing authorisations (ST or MLT), on or off balance‑sheet/Capital Market lines, and ensures accurate representation of risk data in credit risk systems used for the control and reporting of corporate credit/counterparty risk. The team works on a broad range of corporate lending products across multiple asset classes.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Front Office, Credit Analysts, CTM MO Teams, and Back offices to fulfill missions.
• Control data conformity with credit decisions, legal documentation, and risk data quality, checking all risk data (limits, ratings, recovery rates, counterparts, etc. ).
• Formalise controls and issue data‑conformity notices once checks are completed.
• Report and alert on anomalies detected during controls.
• Monitor and follow up on discrepancies, taking appropriate actions in cooperation with data owners to resolve root‑cause issues.
• Contribute to local and regional WL DD committee organisation.
• Instruct or directly input specific data into systems such as TRIM, LARD, NARD, Flag WL, FBE, NPE‑control.
• Assist with periodic ORC/IG review.

Profile & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in banking or financial operations.
• Fluency in English (C1–C2).
• Advanced or proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and rigor.
• Organisational and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of structured credits and transaction processing.
• Understanding of operations and data capture processes.
