Role

We’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join us as a founding team member. This is not a “corporate CTO” role; it’s a
- on builder position. You’ll be prototyping, coding, testing, and scaling alongside us. We are an
- stage bootstrapping Startup with an MVP, so you must love experimenting,
- solving, and building from scratch.

You will also grow and lead the engineering team whilst helping to shape Enidog’s
- term tech strategy as we scale.

What You’ll Do

Architect and build our AI-driven products from MVP to scale.

Lead infrastructure on Google Cloud, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Develop solutions and integrate APIs to handle
- time streaming, video, and computer vision systems. You will be using REST APIs and Websockets.

Work with AI (agentic AI, generative AI, computer vision) to deliver
- world gaming/sports products.

Collaborate directly with founders on roadmap, fundraising, and milestones deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

Solid experience as a senior engineer, tech lead, or similar role, with
- on coding skills.

Proven ability to ship and scale products (ideally Saa
S, Gaming, or AI-driven).

Strong programming foundation in some of the following (not all required, but the more the better):

Python;

C++

Java
Script / Node. js / Type
Script

Experience with cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud highly preferred).

Experience in working/developing AI Agents

Familiarity with MCP, A2A protocols, and usage of Tools for the Agents.

Experience in using and developing APIs.

Knowledge of video streaming, computer vision, or
- latency systems.

Startup mindset. You need to love trying new tech, testing ideas, and iterating fast.

Based in the Lisbon area (or willing to relocate) and available to work 3 days/week onsite at Gaming Hub Lisbon.

Nice to Have

Experience playing online games, such as League of Legends, Counter Strike, Dota, Rocket League or others. Can be either competitive or casual.

Side projects, indie apps,
- source contributions. Show us your passion for tech!

Git
Hub or project/demos you’re proud of (we’d love to see them).

Degree (BSc, MSc, or Ph
D) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field. However, we know that experience and results matter most.
