Your opportunity:

We aim to integrate a new talent to our CTO (Configure To Order) team. The CTO Electrical Team Leader will lead a team of 8 CTO engineers working together to deliver the BOM (Bills Of Materials) needed to launch our project in production.

Your Mission:

1. CTO: Configure To Order
2. Lead a team of 8 electrical designers, including line analysis and E-diagram
3. Ensure for all the design: Safety - Quality - Lead time - Cost
4. Operative role, participate in the critical projects review
5. RCA and
   - solving skills
6. Ensure training and development of the team
7. Sense of responsibility
8. Maintain the team KPIs
9. Perform and lead the SIM
