Customer & Production Planner Trofa

Overview

As a Customer & Production Planner, you will join our team at Preh Portugal (Trofa), ensuring smooth production flows and strong customer support. You’ll be the link between production and clients, helping to align plans with operational capacity while guaranteeing
- time deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent service to customers, production areas, and other Preh Group companies.
• Establish and maintain close relationships with clients regarding
  - term planning,
  - up, and deliveries.
• Adjust production plans in case of material shortages, equipment capacity issues, or workforce constraints.
• Optimize workflows between different operations to avoid bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Monitor daily physical inventory and reconcile with SAP, resolving inconsistencies.
• Track and update production data in
  - time.
• Guarantee
  - time deliveries while monitoring customer performance evaluations.
• Ensure shipments meet client requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Engineering, Management, Logistics, or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).
• Experience in production planning, supply chain, logistics, or customer support.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Understanding of inventory control, production flows, and logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).
