Job Description/Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team with the goal of supporting and monitoring customers regarding business and
- related issues. The main responsibility will be to resolve problems and optimize customer satisfaction, as well as monitor activities. The role will also involve commercial contacts to present the company and prospect the market.

Requirements:

Fluency in French (mandatory)

English - B2 level

Experience in call center 6 months of experience in a similar role

Experience in sales

We Offer:

Base salary: €1000 + Language supplement: €300 + Meal allowance: €7 (via card)

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: Moscavide

Work Model: 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), 2 days remote
