Your Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with questions about banking products and services
• Handle and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely information in every interaction
• Work as part of a collaborative team ensuring customer satisfaction

Your Profile:

• Native-level fluency in French with strong English skills
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work or residency permit is required
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering quality service
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Open to working in an international team environment and willing to relocate

What You Will Get:

• Full-time role with 40 hours per week on rotating shifts depending on the project
• Competitive salary:
  • 1, 040 euros gross per month with
    - provided shared accommodation
  • 1, 240 euros gross per month without accommodation

Relocation Package for International Candidates:

• Reimbursement of your initial flight after nine months
• Airport
  - up and full relocation support upon arrival
• Annual return flight to your home country within the EU
• Help with administrative tasks such as opening a bank account
