Your Responsibilities: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with questions about banking products and services

Handle and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy

Provide clear, accurate, and timely information in every interaction

Work as part of a collaborative team ensuring customer satisfaction

Your Profile: Native-level fluency in French with strong English skills

EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work or residency permit is required

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

Motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering quality service

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Open to working in an international team environment and willing to relocate

What You Will Get: Long-term

Full-time role with 40 hours per week on rotating shifts depending on the project

Competitive salary:

1, 040 euros gross per month with
- provided shared accommodation

1, 240 euros gross per month without accommodation

Relocation Package for International Candidates: Reimbursement of your initial flight after nine months

Annual return flight to your home country within the EU

Help with administrative tasks such as opening a bank account

Additional Benefits: Paid training period from one to four weeks, compensated at 50 percent of the hourly wage
