Your Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media

Offer accurate product information and guidance

Handle customer requests regarding orders, payments, account access, and product availability

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Your Profile Fluent in French (good English skills are a plus)

Salary conditions:

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 1, 040€ gross/month

Without accommodation: 1, 298€ gross/month
