• Assisting bank customers via phone, chat, and email with questions about products and services
• Handling complaints with professionalism and efficiency

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit/residency card (mandatory)
• Native level of French and business proficiency in English
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Motivation, commitment, and adaptability to a multicultural workplace
• Team spirit and willingness to work with colleagues from different backgrounds
• Interest in starting or continuing your international career in Lisbon

What’s in it for you?

• Long-term
  - term contract, renewable yearly
• Full-time schedule (40h/week) with rotating shifts depending on the project
• Salary package:
  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 1040€ gross/month
  • Without accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
• Initial training period (1 to 4 weeks) paid at 50% of your hourly wage (lower taxes applied)
