Your responsibilities

• Support bank customers via phone, chat, and email with inquiries about products and services.
• Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide clear information and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistent and reliable service delivery.

Your profile

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit/residency card (mandatory).
• Native French speaker with
  - level English.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Motivated, reliable, and committed to your work.

What’s in it for you?

• Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts depending on the project.
• Salary:
  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month.
  • Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month.
  • Training period (1–4 weeks): 50% of hourly wages.
