Your responsibilities Support banking customers via phone, chat and email
Provide information about products and services
Handle complaints and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Work closely with your colleagues to deliver efficient and professional assistance
Your profile EU citizenship or valid work permit or residency card required
Native level of French and business proficiency in English
Motivation and commitment to your work
Excellent communication and listening skills

- term contract, renewable annually
Full-time position of 40 hours per week with rotating shifts depending on the project
Compensation and benefits With accommodation: 1040 € gross per month, shared flat with bills included
Without accommodation: 1240 € gross per month
For international candidates Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
Airport pickup upon arrival
Annual return flight to your home country within the EU
Assistance with paperwork and bank account setup
