Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Advisor for an Insurance Company will be:

Booking insurance meetings on behalf of French insurers

Acting as the first contact for potential customers: identifying their needs and scheduling appointments directly in the insurer’s calendar

Offering meeting opportunities to customers and creating a bridge with Denmark’s leading insurance company

Identifying issues and providing suitable solutions

Supporting team success by covering absent colleagues when needed and participating in regular team meetings

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of French and advanced level of English

Interest in customer relationship management and
- solving

Energetic, innovative, and proactive in a
- paced environment

Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle

Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience

Valid Portuguese work permit is required

What’s in it for you?

Contract type: 6-month
- time
- term contract

Working hours: 39h/week, Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 08:30 and 17:00

Salary package:

€890 gross/month x 14 months

€100/month performance bonus

€60/month complexity bonus

Meal vouchers of €7. 63 per workday

Relocation package (for international candidates):

Reimbursement of initial flight ticket (up to €400) after 6 months with the company

1 year of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay)
