Your responsibilities as a Customer Advisor for an insurance company will include:

• Booking insurance meetings on behalf of German insurers.
• Being the first contact with potential customers to identify their needs and schedule meetings directly into the insurer's calendar.
• Offering meetings between the insurer and the customer, supporting Denmark's leading insurance company with strong arguments.

Additional responsibilities:

• Identifying issues and providing solutions.
• Participating in team efforts, including covering for absent colleagues and attending regular meetings.

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed:

• Native level of German and advanced English (C1 level).
• Currently living in Portugal or willing to relocate.
• Interest in customer relationships and
  - solving.
• Energetic, innovative, and proactive at a fast pace.
• Excitement for intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle.
• Valid Portuguese work permit.

• Full-time permanent contract, 39 hours/week, with early and late shifts.
• Salary: €17, 800 gross annually, including performance bonuses, meal vouchers (€7. 63/day), and a €20/month transportation allowance.
