Responsibilities

• As a French Speaking Advisor you will have the responsibilities below:
• Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding different queries
• Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regard to software functionality
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings
• Provide accurate and
  - time responses to the viewer's inquiries

Requirements

• Have a native level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
• Are passionate about entertainment and media enterprise
• Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and
  - oriented
• Have familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
• Be eligible to work in Portugal by either having EU passport or valid work permit to work legally in the country.

• Base Salary: 895€ gross per month per 14 months
• Performance Bonuses: 100 euros gross per month - 12 payments per year
• Transport allowance - 20 euros per month
• Meal allowance - 7. 23 euros per working day
• Accommodation provided by the company for 280 euros per month (bills included). This option is only available for candidates coming from abroad.
