The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and
- oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our Health & Benefits team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in customer relationship management and the digital handling of
- channel customer contacts related to health insurance flows. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing clear and accurate information, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding service experience.
What will you do?
As a Customer Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding:
- Contributions, reimbursements, and calculations of complementary reimbursements related to Social Security;
- Coverage adjustments, including upgrades and downgrades;
- The affiliation or removal of dependents;
- Rights and guarantees associated with their policies;
- Guidance and redirection to the appropriate case managers for matters concerning coverage or quotations related to optical, dental, hearing, or hospital services.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for highly driven with solid interpersonal skills. A colleague looking to join in a large and dynamic organization.
- knowledge of health insurance contracts
- French language proficiency: minimum B2 level, ideally C1
- Strong client orientation and customer relationship management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Power
Point) - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- High level of rigor, with strong respect for rules, procedures, and deadlines
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
