Responsibilities:

As a French Speaking Advisor, your responsibilities include:

• Assist viewers via phone and/or chat with various queries
• Provide account and application support, especially regarding software functionality
• Offer technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings
• Respond accurately and promptly to viewer inquiries

Requirements:

To be selected as a French Speaking Advisor, you should have:

• Native-level proficiency in French (written and oral) and fluent English (B2)
• A passion for entertainment and media
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, team spirit, and customer focus
• Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
• Eligibility to work in Portugal, either with an EU passport or valid work permit
