Role Responsibilities

• Handle incoming user requests via phone, email, chat, etc. , log details into case management systems, and provide responses within SLA.
• Strive for high Customer Satisfaction Survey scores by actively updating customers on request status and resolutions.
• Deliver
  - quality customer service on
  - sales requests such as delivery, warranties, and refunds.
• Support inbound sales and promote products to increase revenue while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals and log
  - up actions.
• Capture all necessary data in CRM according to client policies and product requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French (oral and written) and English.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit.
• Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations in an organized manner.
• Strong customer service skills.
