- **Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns** (i. E. troubleshooting, fraud order and returns: “My toothbrush stopped working”, “My TV arrived today after the repair, however it’s still not working”- **Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information** (i. E. : I would like to learn more about the features of the coffee machine;



What are the differences between these devices before ordering”- **Answers delivery questions like**: “I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue”**What do we expect**:
