This fully remote position is available exclusively for candidates based in Portugal and offers a wonderful opportunity to grow within the travel industry, whether you're just starting your customer service journey or are an experienced professional.
In this role, you will be the main contact for customers and travel agents, helping them with inquiries related to bookings,
- booking management, and other travel needs. Although there are some sales aspects involved, such as suggesting additional services and packages, your main responsibility will be to provide
- notch customer support.
