✨ Customer Advisor with Dutch / Finnish / Danish / Norwegian + English

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, always ensuring clear, supportive, and professional communication.
• Resolve inquiries related to products, services, and orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Accurately log all customer interactions and maintain
  -
  - date records in the system.
• Follow established company procedures and uphold
  - quality standards to guarantee a consistent customer experience.
• Identify customer needs and, when appropriate, recommend additional products or services that enhance their experience.

✅ Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch, Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1) , plus strong English skills (B2) – both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a
  - first mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
• Prior experience handling customer inquiries in a
  - paced environment is an advantage.
