Customer Advocate Role - Search Engine Support
About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets
Required skills and qualifications
- A high level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for
- technical users - Patient and able to communicate effectively when solving issues
- Proactive,
- motivated, and a great team player
