About the Role:
Are you ready to combine strategy with execution and influence business growth? As a Customer and Category Development Manager, you will be a key driver of our trade marketing efforts, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute plans that enhance our performance across channels.
Main Responsibilities:
You will develop and implement category strategies, analyze sell-out data, and identify opportunities to boost ROI, market share, and customer engagement. You will support the sales team with tailored offers, manage POS materials, and lead the development of activation plans and loyalty programs. Your ability to identify trends, leverage insights, and collaborate across departments will be crucial for success.
