Our aim is to help and inspire small and
- sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy.

Role:

• Clarifying for customers
• Gathering information about customers
• Ensuring quality service
• Analysing processes and identifying improvements for optimisation
• Suggest new improvement strategies
• Managing customer databases

Hard Skills:

• Fluency in English
• MS Office

About you:

• Completed 12th year
• Customer service skills, organisation and results orientation
• Teamwork and communication skills
