Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00

• Respond to customer queries and complaints via email and phone

• Assist with company projects according to skills and interest
• Work collaboratively to improve service quality

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
