Your responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Answer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Your profile

• Native French speaker with at least B2 English level.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Professional, reliable, and motivated.

• Already in Lisbon or willing to relocate.
• Valid Portuguese work permit required.

What’s in it for you?

• Contract: Long-term
  - term, renewable annually.
• Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week.
  • Monday to Friday, availability between 7 am – 10 pm (rotational schedule).
• Salary:
  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month.
  • Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month.
  • Training period (1–4 weeks): 50% of hourly wages.
