Customer Care Advisor Opportunity in Lisbon

Responsibilities and Impact:

1. Supporting clients’ activities by offering
   - class service to their customers while working on projects for top prestigious and worldwide brands.
2. Answering incoming queries from customers.
3. Identifying issues and providing solutions.
4. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Recording data in the CRM system.
6. Providing
   - hoc support.
7. Being a team player and contributing to the success of the team and project.

Skills, Qualifications, and Interests:

1. Native level of German and at least B2 level of English.
2. Knowledge of the value and impact of a good customer experience.
3. Attentive listening skills and comfortable communication with people.
4. Drive for excellence and professionalism.
5. Team-oriented and committed to your work.
6. Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle.
7. Willingness to relocate to Lisbon or residing there.
8. Valid Portuguese work permit (required).
