Customer Care Agent (M/F) Lisboa

Location: Full remote work

Schedule: Rotating Schedule (shifts may vary based on operational needs, usually weekly). The work is done in shifts from Monday to Sunday divided as this: Day shift 07:00 - 19:00; Afternoon shift 12:00 - 24:00; Night shift 16:00 - 04:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support to customers during their car rental
• Resolving customer complaints and challenges, redirecting the situation to the head of the department or to other departments when necessary
• Contacting customers by phone or
  - mail, regarding their feedback about the
  - 's services
• Improving relations with customers and their loyalty through interaction on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram)
• Review Hunter – searching and responding to comments or reviews posted online

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• You are lucky to have a nice and calm voice
• Portuguese and English at advanced level (written and spoken); nice to have French at intermediate to advanced level
• You should like talking to people (by phone and
  - mail), it should come easy to you talking and interacting to your new colleagues
• You enjoy interacting with customers, even the difficult ones
• You are
  - motivated, you get over a failure quickly, you just learn the lesson
• You have a high sense of responsibility
