- Ensure that every customer receives the right support according to its
- Follow up the company processes and workflows in order to give full satisfaction to our
- Process weekly reports (KPI’s analysis) for submission to
- Provide training to new customers and or
- Collaborate with the whole team with a continuous improvement
- Support the invoicing process of the
- Following daily unsolved customer’s or carrier’s
- Oversee the billing process. **Your profile**:

- Fluency in Spanish and English- An experience in logistics or transportation is
- You must love networking and creating
