You will be working for Easy4Pro, one of its successful
- ups, already operating in all 5 continents. With the agility of a
- up and the stability of a group, you will oversee lead and prospect generation for our European market.

Your Missions

• Ensure that every customer receives the right support according to their needs
• Follow up on company processes and workflows to ensure full customer satisfaction
• Process weekly reports (KPI analysis) for management
• Provide training to new customers and/or suppliers
• Collaborate with the team with a continuous improvement approach
• Support the invoicing process
• Follow up on daily unresolved customer or carrier issues
• Oversee the billing process

Your Profile

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience in logistics or transportation is advantageous
• Tech-savvy, proficient with sales intelligence tools, email marketing, and marketing automation; experienced with Linked
  In for networking and relationship building
• Enjoy networking and creating relationships
• Experience is required, not necessarily within a company, but capable of leveraging personal experience
