Salary is EUR 1, 000 per month gross with 14 salaries per year with bonuses of EUR 100 per month growth with 12 bonuses per year

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Assist customers via phone or email with guidance on Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners products and services

Review and process requests with sound judgment

Analyze information and resolve issues efficiently

Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For

This role is a great fit if you:

Have a high level of Italian (written and spoken) and speak English fluently (B2)

Possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a
- oriented mindset

Enjoy solving problems and delivering fast, effective solutions

Are proactive, motivated, and
- driven

Have previous experience in customer service (a plus, not a must)
