Your Mission:
Join our dynamic team, working closely with the DACH Customer Success teams and our HQ Support team in Lisbon. You will engage directly with clients and provide feedback to our Product team. Collaborating across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and foster
- term relationships. Your primary responsibility is assisting existing customers with their technical concerns related to our product. During onboarding (2-4 weeks), you will learn our support processes and tools.
Your Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in liquidity management and planning for small and
- sized companies. - Address customer inquiries and support liquidity planning questions via phone and chat.
- Act as a bridge between customers and the product team by sharing feedback to improve our software.
- Enhance your Excel skills and use them effectively in customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer interactions to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop expertise on technical topics to facilitate internal and
- team knowledge sharing. - Recognize opportunities for
- selling and
- selling in customer interactions.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or commercial training.
- Initial professional experience in
- facing roles such as support, success, sales, or business development. - Enjoy solving customer issues efficiently and engaging with clients.
- High technical affinity and
- driven approach. - Structured with the ability to handle changing priorities.
- Curious and quick to learn about liquidity management and our product.
- Proficiency in German (C2+) and English (C1).
