Customer Care Manager - French Market

About the Role
Your mission will be to enhance customer satisfaction and relationships in collaboration with the Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Tech teams.
- Monitor customer requests through online chat
- Qualify and prioritize requests to ensure they are handled efficiently and quickly (30 to 50 requests per day)
- Support and train various users
- Ensure smooth information flow with the rest of the CS team
- Manage daily relationships with users to turn our clients into true ambassadors and reduce churn
- Contribute to the improvement of our processes and organization
- Enrich our content to assist users (FAQ)
- Participate in product improvement in collaboration with the Tech and Product teams
- Support organic growth among our clients by qualifying upsell opportunities through online chat requests
- Eventually, contribute to the training of new Customer Care Managers by becoming their coach
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or BBA in management, finance, audit, or accounting
- Experience in B2B customer relations is a plus
- Excellent
- solving skills in challenging situations - Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities within tight deadlines
- Excellent level of French and ability to lead full business conversations
- Curious and quick to learn
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and eagerness to communicate with clients
- Team spirit and desire to share knowledge
- Ambitious and drawn to the startup mentality
