**Organization**:The company is responsible for the production and distribution of gases in the medical and industrial fields. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor for Care and Control at our Self Service Center in Porto. **Function**:Your responsibilities will be:You'll ensure monthly billing activities and support Order to Cash activities
Further you'll extract, build, analyze and control several Excel reports from system to guarantee accurate data input
Be able to understand and prioritize findings, escalate issues where necessary in order to ensure mínimal negative impact on Order to Cash processes
Is part of your role review, follow up of controls, as well as storage of evidences
Identify main root causes and implement action plan
Supports continuous process improvement and quality**Requirements**:Fluent in French and intermediate English
SAP, Office or knowledge of other office softwares is preferred
