As aGerman-speaking Customer Care Specialist with Global Services & Support project
in Porto, you will be the first point of contact for users of a global digital platform. This role requires
- solving skills, KPI awareness, and a strong service mindset to ensure an excellent customer
experience.

Work Model: On-Site
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Deliver service that meets defined KPIs (response speed, resolution accuracy, customer satisfaction).
- Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to the appropriate team.
- Record and track customer interactions in line with company processes.
- Support the continuous improvement of the service experience.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to19:00. Possible extension beyond 09:00 to 21:00 (rotative shifts). 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day
- Days Off: 2 rotating days
Requirements:
- German B2/C1 + B2 English proficiency (written and spoken)
- PreviousCustomer Service background
- Familiarity with KPIs
- Flexibility to work rotative shifts
