As a German-speaking Customer Care Specialist with Global Services & Support project

in Porto, you will be the first point of contact for users of a global digital platform. This role requires
- solving skills, KPI awareness, and a strong service mindset to ensure an excellent customer

experience.

Work Model: On-Site

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Deliver service that meets defined KPIs (response speed, resolution accuracy, customer satisfaction).
• Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to the appropriate team.
• Record and track customer interactions in line with company processes.
• Support the continuous improvement of the service experience.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 19:00. Possible extension beyond 09:00 to 21:00 (rotative shifts). 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day
• Days Off: 2 rotating days

Requirements:

• German B2/C1 + B2 English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Previous Customer Service background
• Familiarity with KPIs
• Flexibility to work rotative shifts

Package Details

• Salary: EUR 1100 gross per month x 14 months
• Bonus: EUR 3000 (sign-on/completion bonus)
• Meal allowance of EUR 7. 63 per working day, net, paid in a meal card
• Health insurance (contribution-based) from day 1, free after 6 months of continuous employment
